Personal
As a Washashore to Cape Cod not a Native Cape Codder like my husband Mike, my daughter Lily or my son Mike Jr. But I have called the Cape home for 40 years. This beautiful coastal beach community is the place where I graduated from Barnstable High School, went to Cape Cod Community College, received my real estate license, raised my children, sat on the board of directors for Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce, volunteered as a wildlife rehabber, an elementary and middle school coach and mentor for 3 years, Host Mom and family 11 years for Y-D Red Sox hosting 35 college baseball players, built and sold multiple businesses.
I have always had a love for real estate. My very first home was a house I found in the Cape Cod Times classified "Free House" the catch was you had to move it to your lot of land. So over the next few months, I purchased an acre of land, found a house mover, got an engineer, applied for a construction loan, cleared an existing dirt road to make its emergency apparatus accessible, put in the foundation, septic system, well and had my Free Cape Cod Home put on its forever spot. Over 30 years of running successful businesses, we have been buying, renovating, and renting properties. Now that my children have grown and my husband "Mike Karras The Real Estate Go To Guy" has established himself in the world of Cape Cod real estate I have decided to take his offer and join his team to help other Native Cape Codders and Washashores like myself find the Cape Cod home of their dreams.
